If you are snowsports instructor or snowsports school owner or in charge of HRM in snowsports school and you choose to register to our website, then you
become a member of Snow Recruiter™ for the duration of your membership with us. This Agreement, will govern your relationship with us and your use of our
services during the duration of your membership.

In these terms and conditions, “your user content” means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and
audio-visual material) that you submit to this website, for whatever purpose.

- Snow sports school’s profile must contain the following true information for them to be able to add new job vacancies:
Location, snowsports and fields of work they offer
Social networking services
By granting Snow Recruiter™ access to any social network accounts (Google+, Facebook, LinkedIn or any other), you understand that Snow Recruiter™ will
access, make available and store (if applicable) any text, graphics, images, music, audio, video, information or other materials that you have provided to
and stored within your social network account so that it is available on and through the website and services via your Snow Recruiter™ account, unless
otherwise specified in these Terms and conditions. Depending on the social network accounts you choose, and subject to the privacy settings that you have
set in such social network accounts, personally identifiable information that you post to your social network accounts will be available on and through
your Snow Recruiter™ account on the website and services. Please note that if a social network account or associated service becomes unavailable on Snow
Recruiter™ or access to such social network account is terminated by the third party service provider, then the social network content will no longer be
available on and through the Snow Recruiter™ portal and services.
Please note that your relationship with the third party service providers associated with your social network accounts is governed solely by your
agreement(s) with such third party service providers.
